All Zoli pieces are crafted from genuine gold and are never plated. Our signature collections feature exquisite gray diamonds, black diamonds, and opals. With proper care, each piece is designed to be cherished and enjoyed for a lifetime.
Each Zoli piece is meticulously designed in Sweden and expertly crafted by our artisans in South Africa and Seychelles. Combining global design sensibilities with skilled handwork, every creation reflects precision, quality, and timeless elegance.
Zoli sources only the finest materials from trusted, ethical suppliers. Our gold, silver, lab grown diamonds, and moissanite are carefully selected for quality, brilliance, and sustainability, ensuring that every piece is as responsible as it is exquisite.

Each piece is thoughtfully created with lab grown diamonds or moissanite, meticulously crafted in South Africa and Seychelles, and inspired by the natural beauty and culture of Seychelles. We love collaborating on new designs especially when it involves a piece you love so much. Due to the size of our operation, we are unable to do any custom work right now. But if it means so much to you, shoot us an email at sales@zoliseychelles.com and we will see what we can do.
Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary 7 day shipping for all orders, regardless of size or value.
Yes. Zoli ships worldwide, ensuring your jewelry is carefully packaged and delivered with the same attention to quality and detail as when it leaves our atelier.
Zoli offers secure, reliable shipping via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. You may select the carrier that best suits your needs at checkout.
Once your Zoli piece is crafted, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched. Orders are typically shipped Monday through Saturday, with same-day processing for orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following day.
Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at tracking@zoliseychelles.com and we will let you know where your package is.
Hate when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your purchase hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at tracking@zoliseychelles.com

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.
Returns & Exchanges
Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at returns@zoliseychelles.com
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.
We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

You can drop it off at any USPS collection box, USPS post office or any FedEx store.
Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:
Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.
We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
