Return & Cancellations
All Zoli purchases are fully insured while in transit until delivery. To ensure safe receipt, a signature is required upon delivery. At the moment of signature, responsibility for the piece transfers to the recipient. If the jewelry is delivered to someone other than the purchaser, the recipient’s signature at the specified address signifies acceptance and transfer of responsibility.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at sales@zoliseychelles.com and we will sort it out for you.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at sales@zoliseychelles.com so we can arrange it for you.
